Gentle Supreme Sdn. Bhd and its employees, immediate families affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties.

Contest Mechanics

How to Participate:

  • Purchase at least ONE (1) pack Daia Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 1 valid entry and/or Daia Protect Anti-Bacterial Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 2 valid entries in a single sales receipt at any Econsave outlet in Malaysia during the Contest Period.
  • One (1) sales receipt entitles the participant to one entry only.
  • To participate in the contest via microsite:
    • Scan the QR code provided
    • Fill in the required details (full name as per NRIC, MyKad Number & Mobile Phone Number) and invoice number
    • Take and upload a clear photo of the full single sales receipt and submit
    • Answer the question “Is Daia® the participating brand for this contest? – Yes or No”
    • Spin the wheel of fortune and stand a chance to win a SAMSUNG 50” 4K UHD SMART TV and/or ECONSAVE CASH VOUCHERS
  • Retain original sales receipt that matches with the microsite entry (dated within the Contest Period) as proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase:

  • An original printed sales receipt (dated within the Contest Period) with minimum purchase of at least ONE (1) pack Daia Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 1 valid entry and/or Daia Protect Anti-Bacterial Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 2 valid entries in a single sales receipt.
  • Each such sales receipt entitles the participant to multiple entries depending on the quantity of Daia products purchased on such sales receipt.
  • Participant may submit more than one (1) entry but each entry must be supported with a photo of the original sales receipt.
  • Only photos of valid printed sales receipts dated within the Contest Period with a clear outlet name and details of Daia products will be accepted.
  • Participants are required to take a clear photo of the sales receipt to be submitted via microsite and keep the original sales receipt for verification.
  • Duplicate and reprinted sales receipts will not be accepted.
  • Manual/hand written sales receipts will not be accepted.

Prizes

  • Special Prize x 3 winners (Winners will be selected at the end of the contest)
    ONE (1) UNIT of Samsung 50” 4K UHD Smart TV worth RM2,199 each winner
  • Cash Prize x 200 winners
    ONE (1) UNIT of Econsave Cash Voucher worth RM50 each winner

Terms & Conditions

  • The “Daia Spin & Win with Econsave” Contest [“Contest”] will run from 00:00am, 1st September 2021 to 23:59pm, 30th September 2021 [“Contest Period”]. The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
  • This contest is open to all participants above 18 years of age (as at 00:00am, 1st September 2021) who are subscribers of prepaid and/or postpaid services of telco in Malaysia, except the Organiser. (Gentle Supreme Sdn. Bhd and its employees, immediate families affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies or all such related parties).
  • To participate in the Contest:
    • Participants must purchase at least ONE (1) pack Daia® Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 1 valid entry and/or ONE (1) pack Daia® Protect Anti-Bacterial Fabric Softener (any pack size) for 2 valid entries in a single sales receipt at any Econsave outlets in Malaysia within the Contest Period. One (1) such single sales receipt entitles the participant to multiple entries.

    • Scan the QR code provided
    • Fill in the required details and invoice number
    • Take and upload a clear photo of the full single sales receipt and submit
    • Answer the question “Is Daia® the participating brand for this contest? – Yes or No”
    • Spin the wheel of fortune and stand a chance to win a SAMSUNG 50” 4K UHD SMART TV and/or ECONSAVE CASH VOUCHERS WORTH RM50
    • Retain ALL original printed sales receipts (dated within the Contest Period) as per ALL the microsite entries sent THROUGHOUT the Contest Period as proof of purchase. Only valid printed sales receipts (including printed e-receipts from online purchases) dated within the Contest Period with a clear outlet name and details of Daia products will be accepted.
    • The Organiser and the companies involved in this Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of the microsite submission sent and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the Participants’ details in conjunction with this Contest.
  • Winners' Selection :
    • Winners will be determined by the microsite system based on the submission.
    • Winners for Special Prize will be selected after the contest ended.
  • Note to Winners
    • The eligible prize winners will then be contacted via telephone/email within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from 30st September 2021 and shall be required to provide the original sales receipt that matches the winning entry as proof of purchase before being declared as winners. Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, another three (3) attempts will be made within the next 24 hours from the first telephone call. Where such further attempts are unsuccessful, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next qualified participant. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the eligible winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
    • The chosen eligible prize winner is required to present (i) the original printed sales receipts and (ii) a photocopy of NRIC as proof of purchase & identity during prize collection at the designated meet-up point by the Organizer. Failing which, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find the next eligible winner as replacement.
    • Winners will be contacted via telephone call/email and announcement will also be made by the Organiser on the following URL: www.facebook.com/DaiaMalaysia/
    • Multiple entries are allowed per participant but all entries has to be unique with different receipts. Eg. Participants cannot enter 10 times with the same receipt
  • The contest prizes:
    • Special Prize x 3: ONE (1) UNIT of Samsung 50” 4K UHD Smart TV worth RM2,199 each winner (Winners will be selected after the contest ended)
    • Cash Prize x 200: ONE (1) UNIT of Econsave Cash Voucher worth RM50 each winner
      The number of prizes may not be equally distributed across weeks and the organiser reserves the right to decide.
    • All prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings. In the event the Organiser organises a prize giving ceremony, each winner is required to attend at their own expense to claim the prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organiser thirty (30) days after the date of notification of winnings.
    • Each participant is eligible to only win THREE (3) prizes during the Contest Period.
  • The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to increase or reduce the number of prizes or substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or in any other form for whatever reason.
  • Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage to belongings or claims resulting from participation in this contest, and participants shall indemnify the Organiser in relation to the same.
  • By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant waives their right to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
  • By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions and decisions of the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms & Conditions or even cancel the Contest without any prior notice at any time and the participants agree to be bound to such changes.
  • The Organisers’ decision is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no further action will be taken against the Organiser.
  • The Contest Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia versions, the English language version shall prevail.
  • The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By the participant submitting personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use.

 

Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Notice under Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) to participants of “Daia Spin & Win with Econsave” Contest organised by Gentle Supreme Sdn. Bhd.

Dear Participants,

Under the PDPA, there are various requirements that regulate the processing of your personal data as an individual [“individual”]. It informs the Individual of your rights under the PDPA, including actions Individuals may take to exercise such rights and its consequences, and in particular:-

  • That we [“Organiser”] collect Individual’s personal data directly from the contest entry;
  • Individual’s personal data is collected for the Contest;
  • Individual has the right to access and correct your personal data once given;
  • Individual’s personal data is disclosed to an elected Agency for processing;
  • The personal data requested from Individual will only be used for the Contest;
  • The personal data given is obligatory and all incomplete entries will render the participation void;
  • Individual personal data will be validated upon confirming the winners and if there are changes to the personal data, the Individual is required to update the Organiser; and

Terma & Syarat

  • Peraduan “Daia Spin & Win dengan Econsave” [“Peraduan”] akan berlangsung dari 1hb September 2021 hingga 30hb September 2021 [“Tempoh Peraduan”]. Gentle Supreme Sdn. Bhd. [“Pihak Penganjur”] berhak untuk memendekkan atau memanjangkan Tempoh Peraduan tanpa sebarang notis. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan.
  • Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua peserta yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas (pada 1hb September 2021) yang merupakan pelanggan prabayar dan/atau pasca bayar telco di Malaysia kecuali kakitangan Pihak Penganjur dan ahli-ahli keluarga terdekat mereka, pengedar-pengedar, agensi-agensi pengiklanan dan promosi Pihak Penganjur.
  • Untuk menyertai Peraduan:
    • Para peserta mesti membeli sekurang-kurangnya SATU (1) pek Pelembut Fabrik Daia (sebarang pek saiz) untuk satu penyertaan yang sah dan/atau SATU (1) pek Pelembut Fabrik Daia Protect Anti-Bakteria (sebarang pek saiz) untuk dua penyertaan yang sah dalam satu (1) resit jualan tunggal di mana-mana kedai Econsave semasa Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap satu (1) resit jualan tunggal tersebut melayakkan peserta untuk penyertaan berganda.
      Contoh seperti dibawah:

    • Imbas kod QR yang disediakan
    • Isikan butiran yang diperlukan (nama penuh seperti dalam KP, No. KP Baru 12 digit & nombor telefon bimbit) dan nombor invois
    • Tangkap dan muat naik gambar resit penuh yang jelas dan hantar penyertaan
    • Jawab soalan “Daia® adalah jenama yang mengambil bahagian dalam peraduan ini? – Betul atau Salah”
    • Pusing Roda Spin & Win dan berpeluang untuk memenangi 1 set TV Samsung 50” 4K UHD dan/atau Baucar Tunai Econsave bernilai RM50
    • Simpan SEMUA resit jualan bercetak asal (bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan) yang sepadan dengan SEMUA penyertaan microsite yang dihantar SEPANJANG Tempoh Peraduan sebagai bukti pembelian. Hanya resit jualan bercetak sah (termasuk e-resit bercetak daripada pembelian online) yang bertarikh dalam Tempoh Peraduan dengan nama pasar raya/kedai dan butiran produk Daia yang jelas akan diterima.
    • Pihak Penganjur dan syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan ini tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kelewatan, kegagalan penghantaran dan/atau gangguan mesej di microsite dan syarikat-syarikat ini juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang penggunaan butiran pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan sepanjang Peraduan ini.
  • Pemilihan pemenang-pemenang:
    • Pemenang-pemenang akan dipilih oleh sistem dalam microsite berdasarkan penyertaan.
    • Pemilihan pemenang-pemenang untuk Hadiah Istimewa akan dibuat selepas peraduan berakhir.
  • Nota untuk pemenang:
    • Para pemenang yang layak kemudian akan dihubungi melalui telefon/emel dalam tempoh enam (6) hingga lapan (8) minggu selepas 30hb September 2021 dan diwajibkan memberi resit jualan asal yang sepadan dengan penyertaan yang menang sebagai bukti sebelum disahkan sebagai pemenang. Sekiranya peserta tidak dapat dihubungi pada cubaan pertama, contohnya, tidak menjawab telefon, nombor telefon tiada dalam perkhidmatan, tiada sambungan, dan lain-lain, tiga (3) cubaan lain akan dibuat lagi dalam tempoh 24 jam yang berikutnya selepas cubaan pertama. Sekiranya percubaan-percubaan ini tidak berhasil, kelayakan peserta akan dibatalkan. Pihak Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya peserta-peserta tidak dapat dihubungi atas sebarang sebab.
    • Para pemenang yang layak dikehendaki untuk mengemukakan (i) resit jualan asal dan (ii) salinan KP sebagai bukti pembelian dan identiti semasa pungutan hadiah di tempat pertemuan yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Sekiranya gagal, pihak Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakannya dan memilih peserta seterusnya sebagai pemenang.
    • Nama para pemenang akan dikumpul dan diumumkan oleh pihak Penganjur di laman web berikut: www.facebook.com/DaiaMalaysia/
    • Penyertaan berganda dibenarkan untuk setiap peserta tetapi setiap penyertaan perlu unik dengan resit yang lain. Contoh : Peserta tidak boleh menyertai 10 kali dengan resit yang sama.
  • Hadiah-hadiah Peraduan:
    • Hadiah Istimewa x 3 SATU (1) UNIT TV Samsung 50” 4K UHD bernilai RM2,199 untuk setiap pemenang (Pemenang akan dipilih selepas peraduan berakhir)
    • Hadiah Tunai x 200: SATU (1) UNIT Baucar Tunai Econsave bernilai RM50 untuk setiap pemenang
    • Jumlah hadiah mungkin tidak akan diedarkan sama rata untuk setiap minggu dan penganjur mempunyai hak untuk menentu.
    • Kesemua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman kemenangan hadiah. Sekiranya Pihak Penganjur mengadakan upacara majlis penyampaian hadiah, setiap pemenang dikehendaki untuk menghadiri atas perbelanjaan sendiri untuk menuntut hadiah. Hadiah-hadiah yang gagal dituntut tiga puluh (30) hari selepas tarikh pengumuman, maka hadiah akan dilucutkan oleh Pihak Penganjur secara automatik.
    • Setiap peserta hanya layak untuk memenangi TIGA (3) hadiah sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan.
  • Pihak Penganjur berhak atas budibicara mutlaknya untuk menambah atau mengurangkan bilangan hadiah atau menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah-hadiah lain yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar untuk wang tunai atau apa-apa format atas sebarang sebab.
  • Para pemenang akan menanggung liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan kepada barang atau tuntutan akibat penyertaan dalam Tempoh Peraduan ini.
  • Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, peserta memberi keizinan untuk memberi maklumat peribadinya dan Pihak Penganjur berhak menyiarkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar pemenang serta penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa sebarang bayaran pampasan mahupun pemberitahuan dan setiap peserta melepaskan hak untuk membuat sebarang tuntutan ke atas penggunaan penyertaan tersebut oleh Pihak Penganjur.
  • Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, setiap peserta harus bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat Peraduan yang ditetapkan serta segala keputusan muktamad Pihak Penganjur.
  • Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, membatal atau mengubahsuai Terma dan Syarat Peraduan atau membatalkan Peraduan ini tanpa memberi sebarang notis terlebih dahulu dan para peserta dianggap telah bersetuju dengan segala perubahan tersebut .
  • Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat, rayuan atau bantahan tidak akan dilayan. Peserta mengaku janji tidak akan menuntut atau mengambil apa-apa tindakan terhadap Penganjur mengenai Peraduan ini.
  • Terma dan Syarat disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
  • Pihak Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk memberi perkhidmatan-perkhidmatan atau untuk berhubung dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan oleh Pihak Penganjur dalam kaedah yang sesuai dengan data tersebut dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan mengemukakan maklumat peribadi peserta, pihak Penganjur menganggap bahawa keizinan telah diberi kepada Pihak Penganjur dan/atau agen-agen yang dilantik olehnya untuk menggunakan maklumat ini untuk tujuan pemasaran dan promosi yang kini dan di masa hadapan serta untuk menambahbaikan produk-produk dan perkhidmatannya. Maklumat peserta tidak akan diberi atau dikongsi dengan syarikat-syarikat/rakan-rakan lain untuk kegunaan bebas mereka.

 

Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010

Notis Di Bawah Seksyen 7 Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (“PDPA”) kepada peserta Peraduan “Daia Spin & Win dengan Econsave” anjuran Gentle Supreme Sdn. Bhd.

Pengguna yang dihormati,

Di bawah PDPA, terdapat beberapa syarat yang mengawal pemprosesan data peribadi anda sebagai individu (“Individu”). Ia memaklumkan Individu tentang hak-hak anda di bawah PDPA, termasuk tindakan yang boleh diambil oleh Individu untuk melaksanakan hak-hak tersebut dan akibatnya, dan secara khususnya:-

  • Bahawa kami [“Penganjur”] mengumpul data peribadi daripada penyertaan anda;
  • Data peribadi Individu dikumpul untuk Peraduan;
  • Individu mempunyai hak untuk mengakses dan membetulkan data peribadi anda;
  • Data peribadi Individu akan dikongsi dengan Agensi yang dilantik untuk tujuan pemprosesan;
  • Data peribadi Individu akan diguna untuk tujuan Peraduan sahaja;
  • Data peribadi yang diminta adalah wajib, dan jika maklumat yang diberikan tidak lengkap, penyertaan Individu tidak akan diterima;
  • Sekiranya Individu telah disahkan sebagai Pemenang, sebarang perubahan kepada data peribadi individu harus dimaklumkan kepada Penganjur; dan
